This website and waitlist are operated by Creative Founder Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16693605, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. We do not ask for, or require, any other personal information.We also use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to understand how the page is used in aggregate. Fathom does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when the Creative Founder platform launches, and to send occasional related updates in the run-up to launch.Our lawful basis for this is your consent, which you give by submitting your email address to join the waitlist. You are free to withdraw that consent at any time (see section 7).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for any third party's own marketing.Your email address is currently stored within Webflow, which hosts this website and the sign-up form, and acts as our data processor. In due course we expect to transfer waitlist addresses to a dedicated email service in order to send launch communications. When we do, that provider will likewise act on our instructions as a data processor, and we will update this policy to name it.
5. International transfers
Our service providers, including Webflow and Fathom Analytics, are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, so that your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
6. Visitors in the United States
This page is open to an international audience. If you are a resident of California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your email address only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose of the waitlist. We will delete it within three months of the platform's public launch, unless you have separately opted in to hear from us on an ongoing basis. You can ask us to remove you sooner at any time.

– have inaccurate data corrected;
– have your data erased;
– restrict or object to our processing of your data;
– request your data in a portable format; and
– withdraw your consent at any time.
